Burst pipes, no water, sewage backing up. A licensed plumber is dispatched around the clock, with the call-out fee quoted before we roll.
We quote the job rather than the hour, so a difficult drain does not cost you more than an easy one. A visit includes the diagnosis, and the diagnostic fee comes off the bill if you go ahead with the repair on the same visit.
Emergency call-outs carry a fixed fee that we tell you on the phone before dispatching. Weekend and overnight work is charged at the same rates as a weekday.
Permits, where the county requires one, are pulled by us and billed at cost with the receipt attached to your invoice.
